We’re now looking for a creative and self-driven marketer who can help our portfolio companies plan, launch and manage effective marketing campaigns — both digitally and operationally.

📍 Location: Tønsberg, Norway (on-site position)

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our headquarters in Tønsberg.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a dynamic team — not a remote position.

🚀 Key responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across relevant channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create content — text, simple graphics, photos and video
Build and manage landing pages and simple websites (e.g. Wix, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or similar)
Write ad copy and set up publishing schedules
Support newsletter, CRM and customer journey activities
Track, analyze and follow up on campaign performance

🧰 You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be able to…

Handle basic graphic design (Adobe, Canva or similar)
Handle basic video production (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar)
Write engaging ad copy and marketing content
Understand and use advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
Build or edit simple websites and landing pages
Have an eye for visual communication and content production
Navigate CRM, marketing and publishing tools with confidence
Use AI as a practical work tool – for idea development, content creation, efficiency and decision support
Understanding for simple automations for marketing and operations (e.g. in Zapier, n8n, Make or similar)
