With a diverse background and a dynamic career across multiple businesses, Spring Nova is proud to have him on board. In addition to his role at Spring Nova, Baard Lund holds several board positions in the Norwegian business sector, including Chairman of Spring Nova Holding AS and Scenario Eiendomsmegling AS. His broad experience and strategic insight make him a valuable asset in driving the company’s continued growth.
Sigurd M. Gran

Sigurd Midthun Gran is the CEO of Spring Nova. With a strong background in entrepreneurship and business development, Gran has been instrumental in shaping Spring Nova's strategic direction and growth. Beyond his role at Spring Nova, Gran has founded and led several companies, including Coupler AS, a marketing and technology firm based in Oslo. His experience spans various industries, reflecting his versatility and commitment to innovation. Jan Johansen

Jan Johansen is a board member of Spring Nova. He is the original visionary and driving force behind the Spring Nova concept—an innovation platform focused on shared services, growth strategies, and collaborative ventures across diverse industries. Johansen is the founder and chairman of several food supplement companies, known for its science-based nutritional supplements. Under his leadership, the companies has grown into global brands, with distribution in over 35 countries. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Jan Johansen has built a career specializing in brand building and international sales, helping numerous products and companies establish a presence across global markets. He also holds leadership roles in several other companies, further demonstrating his strategic and commercial expertise. His visionary mindset, international outlook, and proven track record in business development make him a key asset to Spring Nova’s board and long-term mission.
Asle Nersten
Board Member
Asle Nersten is a board member of Spring Nova. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Nersten has founded and led several companies across various industries. He is the CEO and founder of Publiq AS, a staffing and recruitment company specializing in the oil, gas, energy, and transportation sectors. Under his leadership, Publiq has experienced significant growth, expanding from 2 to 250 employees over four years, and was recognized as "Company of the Year" by NHO Agder in 2023. Nersten's hands-on experience in the oil industry, combined with his strategic insight, has been pivotal in his ventures' success. He holds multiple board positions in Norwegian companies, including roles in Spring Nova Holding AS and Spring Nova Logistikk AS. His diverse experience and leadership make him a valuable asset to Spring Nova.
