Press release: Spring Logistikk strengthens its position – Transportsentralen Tønsberg is revived under new ownership

Tønsberg, October 17, 2025 – The long-established transport company Transportsentralen Tønsberg (ts-tonsberg.no) is now being revived after filing for bankruptcy earlier this year.

The bankruptcy estate has been acquired by PA Maskiner, led by CEO Per Arne Rånes, who has taken over the rights to the domain (ts-tonsberg.no), the phone number, the name, and the logo of Transportsentralen.

The business will now continue and be integrated with Logista (logista.no) under the new name Spring Logistikk, becoming part of the growing Spring Nova structure. This integration brings together administration, management, and systems to create a stronger, more knowledgeable, and future-oriented logistics organization in the Vestfold region.

A necessary shift for the future

PA Maskiner’s CEO Per Arne Rånes emphasizes that the acquisition marks an important strategic turning point:
